Three Navy SEALs defend their honor and are standing up against Political Correctness

01 January 2009

Three members of the elite Navy SEAL Commando were initially hailed as heroes for capturing one of Iraq's most wanted terrorists. These heroes are now being court martialed for allegedly giving a swollen lip to the terrorist who is believed to have masterminded the dismembering, burning, and hanging of four Americans in Falluja in 2004.

These SEALs are defending their honor while standing up against the same political correctness that is tearing apart our country. These heroes deserve our support. We want to minimize the financial burden this case is creating for them and their families. Please help us in showing your support with a donations

Thank you for all of the support of these 3 US Navy SEALs: SO1 Huertas, SO2 McCabe, SO2 Keefe.

04 June 2009

SO2 Matthew McCabe, SO2 Jonathan Keefe and SO1 Julio Huertas have been found NOT GUILTY, fully exonerated!

Their word and honor held true and the dedication of their attorneys ensured they were fully acquitted of all charges! Each attorney has been generous with reduced fees/donation of expertise for portions of these trials. However, there are still bills from essentials that need to be paid.
Specifically: McCabe's bill has been fully taken care of. Thank you!

The remaining bills are for Huertas and Keefe's as a result of their trials being held in Iraq and the government's refusal to assist in the travel needs for the attorneys.

The goal is to provide full financial relief for all 3 of these Heroes; approximately $55,000 is still needed to reach this goal. If everyone reading this would simply donate $5, we will easily surpass this goal.

All funds remaining will go to help other military members in need.

SO2 Jonathan Keefe and SO1 Julio Huertas found NOT GUILTY, fully exonerated!

24 April 2009

Navy SEALs, SO2 Johathan Keefe and SO1 Julio Huertas have been found NOT GUILTY, fully exonerated, by a military jury for the alleged role in the detainee abuse of Ahmed Hashim Abed. One SEAL is still facing court-martial, SO2 Matthew McCabe. McCabe’s trial is scheduled for 3 May in Norfolk VA.

The Law Firm of Puckett & Faraj, PC is now calling upon Major General Cleveland to dismiss the charges against the remaining Navy SEAL, SO2 Matthew McCabe. To proceed with the trial against SO2 McCabe would be a tremendous waste of tax payer money.

4/24/10 - From Monica Lombardi: “SO1 Huertas has left Iraq to go back home. I will leave Iraq tomorrow. I want all of you to know how grateful we are for your support. The trial was a long time coming, and we pressed on through very long days to get the justice Huertas deserved. This has been a costly trial, but worth every penny when I can defend those who defend all of us. Thanks you. Two down, one more to go - pray for a clean sweep!”

Thank you to Susan Dunivant, the artist behind the Support The Navy SEALs pin.
12 April 2010

This Navy SEALs Support lapel pin was inspired by the spirit and steadfastness demonstrated by the many thousands of men and women determined to stand united in support of our elite warriors, the US Navy SEALs.

Thank you to Susan Dunivant, the artist behind The Navy SEALs pins project.

Support The Navy Seals Pin

This pin offers yet one more way you can show your support for the three elite warriors...SO2 Matthew McCabe, SO2 Jonathan Keefe and SO1 Julio Huertas. These are the 3 Navy SEALs who captured and delivered into custody the suspected mastermind of the murder and desecration of 4 Americans in Falluja, Iraq, 2004. Instead of being properly hailed as heroes, they are instead defending themselves against charges leveled after completion of their mission.

The profits are being donated to the Navy SEALs fund and creates a great conversation starter to get the word out on the atrocity of the situation.

Cracks are beginning to appear in the military's prosecution of three Navy SEALs.
28 March 2010

Cracks are beginning to appear in the military's prosecution of three Navy SEALs accused of being mean to the most-wanted, savage terrorist they had captured in Iraq.

US Navy SEAL, SO2 Matthew McCabe passed a professional polygraph test.

Some of the charges against US Navy SEAL, SO2 Keefe were recently dropped because he was not read his Miranda Rights. Yet, it seems to be a priority to read the Miranda Rights to a terrorist so he doesn't confess too much (ie. Underwear Bomber).

Some of the five witnesses, three enlisted men and two officers, are expected to flatly contradict the prosecution's key witness, who changed his story multiple times.
