The members of the Navy SEALs Fund thank you for your selfless service to our country. Please be assured that we will do everythingwe can to assist you and your family in this time of need. We provide assistance in one of three generalareas:

• Families of US Navy SEALs Killed in combat
• US Navy SEALs injured or permanently disabled in combat
• Legal needs for members of all branches of the US armed service for military related charges

Please fill out the application to the best of your ability and submit electronically or by mail. Once the application is received, you will be contacted within approximately 2 business days to discuss eligibility. If the Navy SEALs Fund is unable to provide assistance, we will work with you to find an appropriate alternative resource.
